OYO 717 Ranchotel Bayanan

It's comfortable enough and a good bang for your buck. I'd bring a duvet, though, since the blanket provided is pretty thin. The B1 parking area was really dark, and the uneven pavement could make it dangerous and easy to trip.

The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, but I could easily tell someone, either staff or other guests, was smoking inside. I'm allergic to tobacco smoke. I was also moved rooms twice. I'm disabled, and the first room was up two flights of stairs, the second up three; thankfully the third was on the first floor. Every room had roaches, flies, and mosquitoes. The TV remotes were broken in half and taped together, and had to be replaced several times. The hot water heater was broken in all but the last room, and even there it shut off if set above a certain temperature. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. If those things bother you, I wouldn't recommend it. I included a photo of one of the roaches we killed.

There’s a food place on the ground floor, with a 7-11 nearby and a Mini Stop across the street. The rooms are okay, that's about it. The shower's hot water wasn't working properly. The online rate of ₽1,400 felt too high for what we got, and they also asked for a ₽1,000 security deposit.

The room's small, but very comfortable. The employees were welcoming, especially the roomboy. Thanks for the free soap and shampoo. I'd recommend it, and as a customer I had good feedback.
