The staff were the one good part of our stay. Everything else felt like poor value: the toilets had yellow stains, and the so-called complimentary breakfast was basically slightly changed instant PANCIT CANTON. They told us breakfast was for two, but our twin room only got one. For the price, I left feeling ripped off. I hope they improve the service, because this hotel is hard to remember without feeling bad about the experience.

I visit this place often, and the bathrooms still need upkeep. Some had small patches of damage, and I felt uncomfortable in the dressing area in the bedroom too. The staff and service also come across as unfriendly. They seem to say there's a problem even though being nice to guests is part of the job. The church is nearby, which is a plus, but maintenance is still an issue.

The rooms were clean, the shower had hot water, and the people were kind. Breakfast was really basic, but for the price it was fine. If I come back to this city, I’d book here again.

We had trouble getting any rest because the beds were so uncomfortable. The mattresses felt incredibly hard, and there seemed to be something sharp inside the bed that left my back hurting. We’d been hoping for a comfortable stay at CBD Plaza Hotel, so the experience was a real letdown.

The rooms aren't luxurious, but the location is what you're paying for. The bus terminal is right across the street, the coliseum and SM naga are just a short walk away, and there are lots of stores nearby. Breakfast is included, and in the off-season you can walk in without a reservation.
