We stayed two nights, March 9 and 10, in Room no.1. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but the TV signal was so poor we couldn't watch anything, and water leaked from the bathroom sink cabinet. They shouldn't sell a room with a leak like that. Breakfast was another frustration. The small restaurant was full of OJT student waiting for instructions, so I stood outside waiting to be served. They all left together and sat in the lobby. Around 12:15 pm, staff on break were there on their cellphones, while others were having lunch in the restaurant. Nobody greeted me or offered me a seat when I went in. It felt like nobody cared that I was a hotel guest. When checking out, I paid P325 for the breakfast and coffee we'd had, but they gave me no official receipt. The woman at the desk also didn't ask for our room key, and we only realized we'd forgotten to return it after we'd left. Elizabeth Hotel owner, please train the staff and hire people who understand how a hotel should work. It takes more than selling rooms and facilities to provide quality service. Staff should have a place to rest during breaks instead of using the guests' public area.

For a traveling businessman who needs internet, this hotel is terrible. My room had weak or no wifi and cell signal, and apparently you have to be right beside the lobby to get a good connection. If cellular reception can't reach inside, the hotel needs reliable wifi coverage throughout. If wifi is unreliable, guests should at least be able to use their mobile data. They need more routers or signal boosters. Getting luggage in was a problem too. They wouldn't let me stop in front even just to unload, so I had to carry everything from the parking at the back. Nobody offered to help. They just watched as I hauled the heavy bags back and forth. Terrible customer service. The rooms are small as well.

I've been here 16 nights so far. The price is very reasonable, the staff are friendly and polite, and the whole place feels clean and cozy. They also offer packages for exclusive use of the resort. Wifi works well in the lobby but is terrible in the rooms. The coffee vending machine needs attention too, since it usually doesn't dispense coffee. Highly recommend.

The rooms are small, and the air conditioning is noisy. Slippers aren't provided, and hotel guests don't get complimentary wifi. Also, the restaurant only opens for breakfast, not other meals.

The service was great, parking is convenient, and the hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast was great too. It can get noisy from trucks out front, people talking loudly outside, and tricycle vendors making fish announcements. The rooms are on the small side, and with only four TV channels, it wouldn't be ideal for a long stay.
