At first the rooms seemed fine, but we found yellow stains on the blankets and linens in two of the three rooms we booked. It took over 30 minutes to get the sheets changed, and I had to call the front desk twice to remind them. The next morning we found bed bugs. My father has a pest control business, and he confirmed what they were. I went straight to the desk to say we were leaving because we didn't feel comfortable staying. They offered to move us to another room, but we refused after the problems since the night before. They then offered free breakfast as compensation, which we also declined. Only then did the front desk say the manager would speak with us. He offered the same things, but we still wouldn't stay because the hotel didn't meet our cleanliness standards. No refund was offered for the second night.

The view from the windows was lovely, and our room was clean, spacious, and just right for the price. Ms. Alex at the front desk made us feel especially welcome. She was kind and accommodating, got us a room with a good view as requested, and patiently answered all our questions. The guard was helpful and polite too. We had a great stay and would happily come back.

The rooms feel a bit dated now, kind of early 2000's or 2010's-ish. The service is very accommodating, though, and the location is traffic free.

The breakfast was excellent, as always, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. So far, it's been a pleasant place to stay when I'm in Naga.
