I’ve stayed here twice, and the rooms have been comfortable and neat each time. Every room has its own restroom, and some have bathtubs. Toiletries and towels are included, as is breakfast with complimentary coffee. The staff are especially kind and accommodating, and they allow pets too. It’s about 5-7 mins away from skyranch.

We used the three-floor House villa for our company team building on May 9/11, 2013. Its four rooms accommodated all 15 adults in our group. The fourth-floor function room was superb, with windows and doors on almost all four sides and an overlook of Taal Volcano. Everyone enjoyed the scenery and the climate. We’ll be back with my family this December.

There’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the lobby connection doesn’t work well either. In some spots there’s no signal; even where you get a signal, you still can’t connect to the internet. The room keys are rusty, and some rooms don’t get cold enough.

It looks like a nice spot at first, but there was no Wi-Fi in the room, and it barely worked in the lobby. There was no soap, hand towels or bottled water. Breakfast was shaky at best. The advertised price was half what I paid, 55000 php. The bed was so firm it hurt, the hot water took 10 minutes to reach the shower, and the TV got almost no channels. With no Wi-Fi in the room, I couldn’t use Netflix and similar services either.
