Tagaytay Hotel SixB

This was one of the filthiest hotels we’ve stayed in in the Philippines. The rooms were dirty and had lots of cockroaches, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We were polite when we brought up the problems. Staff were willing to move us, but only in the afternoon. I don’t understand why this place has such a high score.

There was no running water in my room, so I had to wash using a bucket and dipper for my whole stay. So annoying. I even had to buy bottled water from 7/11 just to brush my teeth. The room was dim, and the hallway lights flickered or were off completely. I had to call reception to have someone escort me. It was a horrible experience.

Cockroaches in the room, a urine-smelling bathroom, and a sink that clogged every time I used it. There were flies around the food too, which was pretty gross. The hallway smelled bad, and the whole place felt old and poorly cared for. I really didn’t enjoy the stay.

The staff are kind, but this place is horrible. There are roaches in the rooms, and the pool looks like it belongs in a scary movie. I could have put up with the other problems, but the Wi-Fi is so bad you can’t even use it. It barely works. You couldn’t pay me a million pesos to walk past that pool.
