The room rate seemed high for what we got, given the location. The view was nice, the lobby and exterior looked attractive at first, and breakfast was decent for a short stay. The room itself was quite basic, and cleanliness could be better. The towels felt old, and the bathroom drain didn't carry the water away properly after a shower. It was okay for the view, but the facilities and upkeep didn't quite justify the price.

The breakfast was a treat, especially the underrated tapa. I also loved the heated pool, and the kids had a great time. Later, we ended the night by the garden bonfire. Coming back after more than 15 years felt nostalgic and so calming. I've been here at different points in my life, and sharing the return visit with my kids made it special. The place is small, which I liked, and it feels homey and comfortable for families or couples looking for a quiet break. It's been maintained so well, with thoughtful updates that still preserve the character and charm I remembered. The staff were accommodating, even letting my son make his own pizza. That was a fun memory for him. I'd recommend it for a peaceful, cozy weekend getaway, away from the busy parts of Tagaytay.

It's a relaxing place with a cool breeze, and the staff are friendly. Our large, clean room had mostly glass windows and a balcony overlooking Taal Lake, though Taal volcano wasn't visible. There was a TV, capsule coffee maker, small fridge, and electric kettle. The large bathroom came with a bathtub, bidet, and hot water, as well as shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes. Mobile internet was unstable because of the remote location, while the Wi-Fi was around 10mbps. The restaurant had limited food choices, but there's also a cafe serving hot and iced coffee. They have a pool and jacuzzi.

The rooms are roomy, with big beds, and it's good value for money. The location is in the less busy part of Tagaytay, near Highlands.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The room needs a little work, though, particularly around the sink, where the water pressure was weak.
