The staff were friendly, and the CR had a hot and cold shower plus a bidet. There are shops and other establishments very close by, and the laundromat on the ground floor offers same-day pickup. The room itself was quite small. WiFi was weak, mobile signal average, and the only trash bin was in the toilet. The toilet door wouldn't lock and started smelling after a while. They provide a towel, shampoo, and a small soap, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The AC was noisy and didn't cool the room enough.

I rented the room for nearly a week. It was clean and spacious, and the staff were polite and accommodating. There's no pantry or kitchen where you can borrow a cup or glass for coffee or other utensils, but a mini convenience store is right at the building's corner.

I stayed for three months and was very satisfied. The staff are lovely and hospitable, and they'll help with whatever you need. They also have monthly rates. It's a private place with strong WiFi, hot and cold showers, and a generator. The location is handy for the Magsaysay and SM areas, about a five-minute ride away. Mobile data signal is poor, though, and the laundry attendant is really snappy. The owner and head housekeeping staff are very nice.

It's a basic place for sleeping, with standard amenities and a standard price. Fine for a few nights if you aren't expecting much. The residential neighborhood is quiet, with sari-sari stores and local shops nearby. It seems fairly new, having opened in early 2017, and still had a bit of fresh paint smell. The WiFi seemed strong. One bigger problem was the slow drainage, especially if two people were sharing a room.
