Forest Crest Nature Hotel and Resort

We stayed for our anniversary and had fun trying the forest activities. There are good food options around the area and at the property, though one seafood restaurant left me a little underwhelmed. I felt the same about the room, but the amenities were nice.

The attractions we expected to visit weren't included, and what they called a petting zoo wasn't there. The “butterfly house” had only a few birds. We also had to buy slippers for a hundred pesos, which felt overpriced given how cheap they looked and how easily they broke, even though we'd barely started using them. The whole experience felt misleading and wasn't worth the time, effort, or money. I would never recommend this place.

There was plenty to do, but we could also really relax during our stay. We loved it and plan to come back soon.

The place was much bigger than we expected on our first visit, and the lobby staff and guard were helpful and welcoming. We came on May 25, 2025, to try the treetop adventure and enjoyed the obstacles, but our experience was spoiled near the end. While we were on the course, staff pushed us to hurry because of rain, even though it wasn't raining very hard. The two employees before the zipline seemed unhappy with their jobs. My wife and I left disappointed. It's hard to enjoy the activity when staff act that way. Please take action. We did enjoy the visit overall, but that ruined the momentum.
