The room smelled bad, and the bathroom needs a proper cleaning with chemicals to kill bacteria. It looked as if it had only been rinsed with water, and mold was still on the sink and faucet. The waiting area in the blue building gets very hot, with no ventilation or electric fan, though I guess nobody cares. The front desk didn’t know how big our boat was. Whatever we write here seems not to matter, since nothing changes. Reviews from nine or three months ago described the same problems. Just my observation.

We paid the entrance fee for 8 people, but left without swimming or enjoying the place after canceling our food order. This was our last visit. It was already overcrowded when we arrived, and we were told the food would take around 45 minutes. We accepted and ordered anyway. While we waited, a server said it was okay to charge our phone. A few moments later, a man at a table, whom we learned was the owner, called us out rudely and aggressively, saying, “di pwede mag charge dito.” We calmly explained that the waiter had allowed it. He replied, “wala akong pake, ako ang nagbabayad ng kuryente dito.” His response was disrespectful and completely uncalled for. We packed up and left right away. It turned what should have been a relaxing day into a stressful, disappointing trip. As paying customers, we expected a simple, respectful explanation, not hostility. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Would not recommend.

Our room wasn’t kept well. The light was too dim, and the TV didn’t work. There was no wifi because of the road widening, only Starlink piso wifi, which was still too slow, and there was no mobile data signal either. With no entertainment in the room and the stores closing early, a day trip would be the better option.

The room was old and not clean, and the sheets and pillowcases didn’t smell fresh. I asked for them to be changed instead. The water kept going out without any warning, though they offered a free shower that normally costs money. The staff were good and kind, and the beachfront was clean and nice. It’s a shame, because the beachfront is beautiful. I hope they improve the rooms and amenities.
