Being close to SM is about the only thing this hotel has going for it. My room had a serious infestation, with little cockroaches all over. The staff were rude and seemed incompetent, and breakfast felt poor for the room price.

For what they charge, this place falls short. The shower barely puts out any water, so bathing takes ages, and there’s no complimentary water. You have to go down to the ground floor to refill your own bottle. The window looks onto a utility area with dirty mops, basins and buckets. The TV has no signal, and the WiFi is painfully slow. There’s no breakfast service or menu. If you ask, they say they don’t have a menu, and if you pay for breakfast, they’ll make something up in the morning. Replies on their social media are slow, the reception staff weren’t courteous and seemed tired, and housekeeping was worse. The cleaners lacked basic courtesy and loudly chatted and gossiped together in larger rooms while cleaning. Poor service.

At ₱3000, I expected more. The room itself was okay, but two guests were given just one key. There’s no cable, so we couldn’t watch TV, and the WiFi wasn’t working. Breakfast wasn’t included either. They should tell guests before check-in when the WiFi and TV are unavailable, so people know what to expect.

The towel had a bad smell, and some of the staff weren’t friendly.
