I was impressed by how well the hotel keeps the place clean and maintained, and my room was perfect. The team also helped with small things, like opening doors, and kept suggesting good local restaurants and places to visit. When anything needed fixing, they responded quickly. I didn’t expect such warm hospitality. The staff were kind, caring and compassionate throughout. I even happened to see a training session where a teacher was showing staff how to handle customer service. It was great to see the effort they put in behind the scenes. Huge thanks to Rea, Remalene, Marvin, Angelyn, Lyka, Jenny, Robert, and Dorin for making the stay wonderful. If you’re in Ormoc, stay here. You won’t regret it!

A small internet problem came up, and the staff sorted it out quickly. They even put a dedicated router in our room so we could stay connected without interruptions, then brought us a large basket of fresh fruit with an apology note. Everyone at Rosetta treated us like family and made sure we had what we needed. The service was exemplary, and we’ll stay here again next time we’re in Ormoc city.

We were there for eight days, starting over a week ago. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean. It’s also a great spot, with SM an easy walk away, a store right next door and a bakery on the other side. I’d love to come back soon.

Quiet at night, reasonable rates, and the staff were helpful. It’s a good place to stay. I’m just too old to climb that ladder getting in and out of bed for a nighttime pee. 😅

The whole Rosetta team made sure we had what we needed, from helping with our luggage to handling room requests and other needs. Sir Jovan and everyone were attentive and went above and beyond, which made things easy for our team. The rooms were neat and clean, and customer service was outstanding. We’re grateful for the wonderful help and for making the stay more memorable.
