Metro Park Hotel Cebu City

The staff were attentive and capable, and May at reception deserves a personal thank you for being cheerful and helpful. I stayed for a few days in a quiet area, with a very clean, welcoming room that had air conditioning, a TV, and a fridge. It's 20 minutes from the airport and 10 from the bus station. I'll definitely come back. Grazie mille, byebyeciao ciao.

I really liked being able to walk to I.T. Park. It has tons of restaurants and a mall with attractions and things to do inside, and walking there is a big plus in a city with traffic this bad. The location is great, and the employees were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are a good price too.

The staff were friendly and ready with local suggestions or help with transport, and there's a small on-site restaurant with affordable meals for when you don't feel like going out. The rates are budget-friendly for what you get. I was surprised how peaceful it felt, even though it's near the city center. The location is handy for business or leisure, set back from main-road noise but close to IT Park, malls, and food spots. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The AC, water pressure, and Wi-Fi all worked well. It's a comfortable, no-frills Cebu stay with welcoming service.

Metro Park has worked well for the two seminars we've held there, one for around 80 people and one with a much smaller group. The staff helped set things up and made sure our guests knew where to go. Management was happy to help whenever we needed to change plans or make adjustments. It's centrally located in Cebu City and easy to reach by taxi or Move It. If you take the jeepney, it's just a couple of blocks' walk. There are also good restaurants and shopping nearby. We're looking forward to holding more events there.
