Asia Novo Boutique Hotel - Oroquieta

There’s plenty of parking, and the Wi-Fi connection is stable.

The air conditioning worked well and the customer service was good, but the rooms and facilities feel past their time. The CR doorknob is broken, the bed squeaks when you move, and the Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. I hope they make the repairs needed to improve the place.

The air conditioning in our room worked well. That was about the only thing that did. We were on the 3rd Floor, and there’s no air conditioning in the halls or stairwell, plus no elevator. The linen and towels looked dingy, with rust stains and other marks I couldn't identify. There was no toilet paper in the room, and soap scum covered the bathroom, even the wooden door, as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. Every TV channel had a snowy picture and was practically unwatchable. The touch-card key was unreliable, and I had to get assistance to make it work. We stayed because there were no other vacancies, and I wasn't going to stay at her parents house, which had no A/C at all. This is a hotel, and it's cash only, so credit cards aren't accepted. I will never stay here again.

The Twin Bed rooms are spacious, and both the water pressure and air conditioning were good. We could enjoy views of the sea and the plaza, too. But the place is a bit OLD and needs proper care. With rooms on the Third Floor and NO elevator, it isn't friendly to PWDs or Senior Citizen. I hope they make improvements and provide better-quality service.
