The vegan meals were delicious, and we ate together in a family atmosphere with a bunch of amazing people. This place feels cozy and is kept up with a real effort to be eco-friendly. You can't describe the hostel without mentioning the people who are part of the Dream and make it feel like a little piece of heaven. Mario gave us a warm welcome and has a dreadful sense of humor, Steph was kind and sweet, Ate Mirna gave us morning hugs, Arjay kept the jokes coming, and all the volunteers were a delight. I had the most amazing time and will definitely come back if I can. Thanks to the whole team for welcoming us so wonderfully. Please don't change a thing, you're the best!

The atmosphere was good, and the bed was comfortable with a mosquito net. WiFi worked well too. There were some vegetarian options, though breakfast could use more variety. The cold shower was a downside, and the dry toilet was awful, with insects inside. Luckily, a flush toilet was being built and was supposed to be finished soon. Scooter rental seemed expensive for the area, and dogs barking outside woke me every day.

The owner was easy to talk to and very friendly. I spent a couple of days here and quickly settled into that laid-back probinsya feeling, with lots of trees for shade and people from different countries to hang out with. They encourage organic food, and being vegan showed me it can be a healthy change from my usual meat-heavy diet. I’ll visit again when I’m home.

I arrived as a guest, helped out while I was there, and left feeling like a friend. The people here are full of love and laughter, and it’s easy to enjoy that. It’s a lovely spot to unwind and have fun while exploring nearby. The place is still developing, but they do their best to make you feel welcome and looked after.

The hostel owner, Mario, has good connections and may be able to get you discounts on dives and other activities. Ask us about diving and rates in Donsol.
