We got a free room upgrade, and they were able to arrange breakfast very early, though it isn't always included with the room, so ask. They also let us leave our bags for a bit after checkout. The staff were very friendly, and we'll stay here again if we're back. When you arrive, ring the doorbell at the far left of the gate. Small Talk Cafe is a great spot just a minute away.

I spent one night here during the Bicol Loco festival. The place was nicely kept, and it was convenient for visiting nearby city sights like the park and church.

The quiet room and comfortable mattress made it easy to get proper rest after a long trip. Breakfast was very good, and the staff serving it were friendly. We also liked having a roomy living area for reading and looking out at the plants. Booking was easy with just a phone call. This was our second visit, and we plan to return. Casa Roces is a handy base for driving around Bicol and seeing the tourist spots, though parking is limited.

We were close to Jollikod, Jollibee, Robinsons Grocery, and Mercury Drugs, so getting around was easy. The room was clean and suited the kids, and the whole family was comfortable.

We only planned to stay one night, but ended up falling for Casa Roces and might extend our stay. The rooms were quiet, and even as a light sleeper I found the AC quiet too. The staff member who helped us was really kind and accommodating, though I forgot to ask her name. Hot showers, wifi, and gated parking were all handy comforts for travelers. The place itself is gorgeous. Thank you, Casa Roses!
