The bathroom was bad. The shower didn't work properly, so I had to ask for a bucket to bathe. They'd supposedly upgraded me to a superior room, Room 201. It was okay and clean, but I killed two cockroaches in the kitchen area and saw ants too. I was relocated here from RedDoorz Old Albay, which I wasn't happy about, though I'm rating this stay separately. For the price I paid at the time, I'd really just find a transient or another hotel.

Better than nothing, I guess. There was no phone in the room, no remote for the TV, and the aircon was a manual window unit. The windows didn't lock. Those are all the negative comments you can find her. Just telling the truth.

The room I got was cramped, dated, and not well cared for, with worn furniture and scuffed walls. Cleanliness was questionable too. That was a big letdown after the website and booking photos made the rooms look modern, tidy, and spacious. It felt misleading. I won't stay here again, and anyone who cares about honest listings should steer clear.

The staff were nice, but my recent stay was a mess. At 11 pm they were cleaning with a strong chemical smell, something like paint thinner. The next day there was loud construction in the room beside us, with power drills, and nobody thought to let us know beforehand. This was my third or fourth stay. The first was okay, but later visits went downhill: the toilet seat had pee on it when we checked in, and the Wi-Fi got worse the farther our room was from the help desk.

The aircon and water pressure were both weak, and the room wasn't clean. The sink drain smelled really bad, and I don't know why. They also opened our room without asking us. Wouldn't recommend it.
