A few minutes from SM Legazpi and near Jollibee, the location is convenient for tricycles and Grab cars. The rooftop has an amazing view of Mount Mayon. The room and toilet were small but decent, the water was good, and the staff were approachable. Highly recommended.

The room was simple but roomy, with two beds, a table, chair, TV, mirror, and a large CR. The layout could use its space better, and cleanliness was decent. Construction was going on during my stay, so it wasn't very quiet. Staff were friendly, parking was good, and there was instant coffee at reception. Rates are affordable. The location works well for board exam takers and professionals, since regional offices are nearby. There's an eatery close by, and delivery apps work fine.

If you want to see Mayon, head up to their rooftop in the morning or before 6 pm, hehehe. I stayed 5D & 4N SEPT 1-5, and it was worth the price. I arrived early, around 8 am, and the staff were really accommodating and friendly. The room, restroom, and sink area were impeccably clean. One staff member was especially kind and brought everything I asked for to our room.

We liked the neighborhood, with its little food shops and motorbike rentals for exploring the area. The host and his family were so kind, and helped us a lot when we had questions about continuing our trip through the Philippines. Our room and bathroom were good for the very fair price. We had a perfect stay at this small hotel. Thanks again!

The cleaning staff were nice, but arriving before 2 pm means they charge 100 per hour. I probably won't come back.
