I only needed to move my booking one day earlier, but the hotel wouldn't consider it. Agoda contacted them about changing the dates or cancelling with a refund, yet the hotel kept saying it hadn't received Agoda's email. After several tries, they offered no alternative and told me to make a new booking for the correct dates, then said they might check on refunding the first one later before hanging up. That response was frustrating. Other hotels I've stayed at have been more flexible and helped find a solution, so the poor service here really surprised me.

Fine for a night, and the room itself was okay. There was no TV remote and barely any toiletries, just soap, a towel, and a roll of toilet paper. The staff could be more accommodating.

The receptionists were helpful, and I found the room clean. I left my things there during the day and came back at night. Breakfast was included, and the view of Mayon from the window was a lovely bonus. I had a nice stay and would recommend it. I was glad I chose this place instead of Sampaguita Inn a block away, where I'd heard a lot of bad reviews.

We come back almost every other week when we're in Legazpi City for business or leisure. It's one of the better affordable places we've stayed, with an elevator, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The towels are pretty thin, though, and the hotel tends to be fully booked on holidays because the price is reasonable.

The hotel still feels new, and the bed was okay, though the blanket was thin. They provided the necessary toiletries. The toilet water needs to be cleaned and treated, and the staff could be more welcoming.
