The Marison Hotel

We came to the hotel restaurant for a meal with the family. The food was great, and I especially liked the spinach pizza and French onion soup. The ambience had a nice Christmas feel. It was a great visit overall, though the staff could have been more attentive.

The service at The Marison Hotel really stood out. Everyone was respectful and kind, and seemed to truly want us to feel welcome and looked after. We arrived from the airport using the shuttle, and staff quickly unloaded our bags and were ready to take them to our rooms as soon as we finished checking in. Housekeeping was easy to reach, and we used the laundry service during our stay. When I mentioned I was expecting an ambulance, someone promptly offered help, including sending a wheelchair to our room if we needed one 🥹. After a week, I was getting a bit tired of the breakfast and would have liked fewer oily choices 😅. Still, that didn’t take away from the five-star experience. The service was impeccable. And do try the churros with chocolate dip at the LeSans cafe, they’re the best 👌

We needed to travel each day to remote areas for our study research visit, and the staff arranged reliable cabs so our trips went smoothly, even through tropical storms. They also handled a minor problem very quickly, and the airport pickup and room preparation were seamless. The warm, attentive service was outstanding throughout. I found this hotel through the positive reviews, and it exceeded what I expected. The rooms were spotless, well cared for, and comfortable. Breakfast had an impressive range, with plenty of tasty choices even with my dietary restrictions. Everything was taken care of. Thank you!

The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. The hotel looks beautiful, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Justin was especially helpful during our stay.
