Acacia Tree Garden

The place looked appealing from outside, but the room wasn't up to standard. The floor stayed sticky through our whole visit and seemed poorly cleaned. The bathroom was in bad shape, with no hot water and wobbly taps. There weren't proper lights in the room, either, so it felt dark and dull. Luckily, we were only there for one night. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I spent four nights here. The garden and pool area were lovely and relaxing, and the air-conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The room itself needs better care. There was no fridge, the shower area wasn't cleaned properly, and there was no mat outside the shower. Restaurant service was slow, too. Breakfast took a long time, and a few times I had to go find the staff myself.

The rooms have space, but the amenities are quite limited. There's no hair dryer, iron, or Netflix, and the Wi-Fi is very weak. The bathroom needs attention: no tissue holder, a shower heater that barely works, and low water pressure. The air-conditioning barely works as well, and the bed linens aren't good quality. Staff weren't very accommodating and often gave us conflicting information. We were told morning coffee was free, then charged ₱80 the next day. There's no room cleaning service, and no phone to reach housekeeping or the front desk. It's acceptable if your budget is very tight, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The price is very reasonable, and over our four days the staff were consistently nice and accommodating. The food was good, especially the salad and breakfast meals. The hotel is a bit old and dated, and the pool didn't look like the photos, though people could still swim.
