Madonna Hometel and Suites

Breakfast can take at least 25 minutes if you order during breakfast hours, according to the staff, so it's better to place your order the night before. They serve it the next morning. The hotel is close to Gaisano Mall Panabo, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby. My colleagues and I had a great stay, and I liked working on the veranda with its nice view. The staff were helpful and cooperative.

The place itself is nice and relaxing, but we had a privacy issue when we checked in on March 7/8, 2024. At 9:30 in the morning, a receptionist opened our locked, occupied room without knocking. I saw our room key in her left hand. She was also the one who had told us check-out was at 12 pm. My foreign boyfriend was still asleep, and he'd paid the exact amount. Where's the privacy? I hope she doesn't do this to other guests.

The view and atmosphere are great. The service crew were polite and accommodating, and I enjoyed my stay.

The staff are so friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. It's really clean and neat, and I felt very safe with the cameras and an armed guard at the door all night. I can't recommend it enough, and I'll definitely stay here every time I come back 💖🥰😍
