Em and the restaurant crew were polite, smiling, and accommodating, and they deserve recognition. Still, the price didn't match the place. Our room wasn't maintained well, the bedding and towels were in poor condition, and the lighting in the room and bathroom was too dim. A huge spider dropped from the curtain beside my bed near the window, and crabs and ants were running across the floor. The owner should check the Honeymoon Suite and make sure rooms are cleaned before guests arrive, especially when they've booked days ahead. Also, charging 25PESOS PER SLICE for one slice of bread is unreasonable.

The staff were enthusiastic and the service was superb. It's a peaceful, relaxing resort with a lovely beach front, powdery sand, and a great sunset view. It's pet friendly, and internet is available so you can stay connected. Overall, it's a great holiday spot, though some of the amenities and accommodation need renovation.

We had a lovely time there on a weekday with the kids. They enjoyed the pool and beach, and the food was great, kudos to the cook. The internet was really fast, which helped since we still had to work. Staff were very polite and let us eat on our room's terrace, where we could have some privacy since our kids take a while to eat. 😁 We'll definitely come back.

We only went for the pool and food and didn't stay overnight, but the place was so nice that we wished we had. The staff were lovely, and the beach was cleaner and much nicer than at other resorts along there. The free toilets near the pool were really nice too, especially compared with the ones at our resort. A couple showed us their room, which looked lovely. They said you get fresh towels every day and the bedding is changed every other day. I'd thoroughly recommend Phaidon Beach Resort.
