The room was clean, and there’s a convenience store on site. The location is too far out, though, and trike rides are expensive at 250p for three people. Thanks to kua Pau for letting us use his motorcycle. The bathroom smelled bad. They kept turning off the AC whenever we left, so the room was hot when we got back and took what felt like 100 years to cool down. Staff were very helpful, especially kua Pau, but they should have told us during the inquiry that cooking our own food would cost 25p each time. At least using the kitchen utensils was free. My brother-in-law's family moved from a four-person room to a three-person one, but Camli still charged them for the same room instead of giving a discount, even though the AC wasn't working properly. We also saw a guest who was really upset and called the place “horrible”.

Away from the busy Alona Beach, you can use the beach at the more expensive Bellevue resort. Breakfast is modest, but good and fairly priced. The place is spotless and has air-conditioning. Wi-Fi is excellent in the public areas only. Staff can arrange tours for the same prices as Alona Beach, with a van picking you up at Casa Keja. A tricycle to the airport costs 250-300 pesos, and to Alona it's 150 pesos. Don't pay more. Staff can also book an outbound ride and make sure you pay the right fare.

It's close to Bellevue Resort, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and nice. There's a convenience store on the property, plus affordable breakfast.
