Azure 1BR Condo with Car Park by Nezpril

We paid 4,800 online, though the price was supposedly only 3,600 for four nights. Then came extra charges for early check-in, the security deposit, and taxes that weren’t listed on Agoda Online app. We arrived early and paid 800 for early check-in, expecting a comfortable, tidy room. Instead, the floor was covered in dust, as if the place had been abandoned for a week or a month. The room smelled awful, the sinks were clogged, and the refrigerator was extremely dirty. When we complained, the unit handler said, “It was just a staycation ma'am not a hotel itself,” and asked whether the dirt under the fridge bothered us. They only offered to clean after we were already inside, and we refused because we worried our things might be stolen. The room should have been cleaned before guests arrived. They also kept the deposit and blamed us for a clogged drain that was already clogged before check-in.
