On New Year's Eve, our family ended up going back home instead of having the staycation we’d planned. We had booked at the last minute, paid, and received a reference number, so we thought everything was settled. But when we arrived, they asked for a QR code we didn’t have, then told us they were fully booked. After taking our payment, they still made us wait a long time before deciding they couldn’t accommodate us. They cancelled and refunded us, but not the full amount right away. We had to wait several days for the rest. A really awful experience.

The room was dirty when we got in, with cockroaches and a visibly soiled bedsheet. We tried to make the stay worthwhile by using the wave pool. As for check-in, I’d paid in full by credit card online two weeks beforehand and had an email confirming it. Still, on arrival I was asked to pay for the whole room again, effectively doubling the rate. Even after I showed the confirmation and receipt, the staff insisted I pay to secure the room. I paid a second time, reluctantly. The staff were courteous, but seemed unprepared to deal with the problem.

We booked two nights at an agreed price, but on arrival they wanted to charge us more. When we said they should honor the rate we had booked, they said it wasn’t the correct price and insisted on extra payment. We told them to cancel the reservation. This feels like a scam.

Ms. Jen made check-in easy and was always around when we had a question or request. She was so accommodating that we felt at home. The unit itself was clean, really nice, and had everything we needed, including a PS5 and board games. The thoughtful details made it comfortable, and we enjoyed the whole stay. Definitely looking forward to coming back! 💗✨
