We had a great three-day stay. The decor has paintings and plants, and the two balconies look out toward Manila Bay and the swimming pool. There’s also a nice dining area with complete tableware and a shoe rack. The kitchen is clean, simple, complete, and easy to use. There’s a washing machine and cleaning supplies, though I wasn’t sure about the laundry setup. WiFi is available, but one room with a CR and bunk bed seemed out of order. The two bedrooms both have a window view, a closet, a drawer beside the bed, and soft beds with pillows. The master bedroom has a balcony connected to the other bedroom, a couch, standing aircon, a large closet, a drying rack, and a big bathroom. I think there are four air conditioners in the hotel, each with a temperature remote. All three CRs were clean. They had toothpaste mugs, two showers, two hairdryers, and a shower heating system under the sink. There’s a Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, a soft couch to sit or lie on, and two cute little puppy seats on the rug. The soap and shampoo ran out. The experience was great, and I’d really encourage people to stay here!

The new buildings are in a great spot and have a great view, but the lack of phone reception is unacceptable. If the internet goes down too, you're suddenly cut off from everything. You can't call or communicate at all.

When it rains outside, water comes in through my bedroom window, bathroom ceiling, and kitchen wall. There's also a chlorine leak from the pool above my parking space that's damaging my car's paint. The construction quality is poor, and the admin and engineers have no interest in fixing these problems. They seem to work against residents. Even when you follow their ridiculous system and fill out permits in triplicate, the papers don't get signed or delivered to reception. They have also turned off my water without warning. The admin and engineers are useless and make life as difficult as possible.

This is a good, convenient place. There used to be no signal or internet, but it's working well now. Before long, it should become a one-stop shop for everyone living in the building ☺️

The signal is really, really bad, and there are no servers. PLDT is the only internet you can use, and getting it installed means waiting two weeks. For those two weeks it feels like living in the Stone Age!
