The place looks especially lovely at night. Security is tight, it's clean, and homeowners have plenty of amenities, including a gym and mini grocery shop so there's no need to go out. You can invite guests and even take them swimming for a fee. I'd suggest buying a unit here.

It's a good place, just keep in mind that parking costs extra.

We stayed June 2 to 4, 2018, and paying 8,000 pesos for two days felt fair. The whole house was clean, fully air-conditioned, and had towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, an automatic washing machine, Wi-Fi, a phone, and Grab ready to call. No insects, mosquitoes, cockroaches, or bedbugs. There's a facial saloon and hair salon within walking distance. The pool was closed Saturday and Sunday for cleaning, and the person in charge was nice. Keep the place sanitized and clean. I'll definitely come back.

More experience with other people.

The pool attendant and security guards were the worst. It felt like being rude was part of the job. The PMO is extremely strict about its rules, yet they're the first to break them by not following their own policies. What a shame.
