We've stayed at Crosswind Ocean Hotel three times and have been very satisfied each time. The rooms and toilets are clean, and whenever something comes up, they help quickly. It’s a comfortable place where you can stay in peace. The Crosswinds staff are especially generous. Thank you for your kindness.

At P3000 a night, this place felt scary and had nothing positive to offer. There was no toilet seat, the shower only dribbled cold water, the mattress was about 2 inches thick with no blanket, and even the fridge was warm. It felt like a prison stay. The best part was checking out and never going back. This hotel should be condemned. Stay anywhere else.

My friends and I checked in last week, and we were told the airport shuttle was free. Before we left the hotel, they said we didn’t need to pay, but the driver made us pay cash, saying that was how it worked. The AC was at 25 degrees, and the water pressure in the bathroom was weaker than my pee. Bad service, and the amenities suck.

The only thing that worked in the room was the air conditioner. The telephone, TV, and refrigerator were all out of order, and the shower was filthy. There was no comforter, and the room cost 2700, which was far too much. Breakfast was just rice and egg, with no fruit or anything to drink. This has been my worst experience so far. We’ve stayed at much cheaper hotels with excellent service. Don’t trust the taxi drivers and airport dispatchers who recommend this hotel and bring you here.

My sister flew in from Japan and checked into this hotel, then was disgusted by the place. Her room was filthy, full of cockroaches, and the bed was uncomfortable. The faucet didn’t work, and the bathroom window was broken. She paid 2999 pesos, which wasn’t worth it. Her room was on the third floor, and there’s no elevator. Very unpleasant, and I don’t recommend it.
