We booked for Tuesday the 3rd of October, with no refund option. The place looked like a great deal in the photos, but when we arrived, there was a blackout and no proper response to it. The building guard said the electricity had been cut because the residents hadn't paid the bill. Other guests turned around and left too. I hope other travelers don't have the same experience. If this happens often, those attractive photos and prices could be misleading.

We arrived late and had to leave really early the next morning, but the staff still made sure we got breakfast. They even gave us complimentary tea when we arrived. Everyone was lovely and helpful, and I'd stay here again. The building is a little hard to find, though it's the only one over 15 stories in the neighborhood.

A clean place with good service, and a decent choice if you're on a tight budget. The food was good, though it could be improved. I wasn't comfortable with the bed, which was just three mattresses piled on top of each other. The location isn't easy to find, so I'd book directly if you want to be picked up.

After two exhausting hours on the road in the middle of the night, we still couldn't find Filstar. The taxi driver couldn't get to the hotel even though we could see it. The road and location were both terrible, so I ended up staying at another hotel that cost more.
