We lived in Boracay Tower for almost a year, and it was the best tower for us. It's close to the complex's main entrance and looks out over the seven pools and wave pool. Downstairs by elevator, you can get to Prime Wash Laundry, Lashish Mediterranean restaurant, and a convenience store. The security guards are friendly, hardworking, and proactive. The concierge is friendly and efficient too.

The guards were rude and treated people poorly. Getting into your unit can take an hour even when the unit owner has already sent the details. At the gate they scan your QR Code, then you queue for verification before heading to the building. After that, there's another long wait to register at the building reception, and you have to take a service elevator upstairs.

The reception gets zero from me. This was my last time booking there. I recommend changing the reception staff, especially the lady working there. Thank you.
