MCollection - City Getaway in the Heart of Entertainment City

The pool and the view were nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The buffet breakfast was my favorite part, with a good choice of food, though it's packed after about 8:30 AM and usually requires joining a waitlist. We paid around 12,000 pesos for three nights at Kingsford Hotel Manila, without breakfast. We added breakfast at check-in for another 500 pesos per person per day. The location is convenient, around a 20-minute walk to Parqal Mall and Ayala Malls, a few minutes by car from MOA, and the hotel also has shuttle services. The bathroom let the stay down. It looked old, there was hair in the shower when we arrived, and the shower fixture felt loose, almost dangling (see photo). We only got one roll of toilet paper and had to keep calling the front desk for more. The room itself was pretty standard, like most hotels. The stay was okay, but cleanliness and upkeep need work. Those problems are quite unacceptable at this price.

I felt comfortable and well looked after because the staff were so hospitable, attentive, and approachable. They were always smiling and ready to help. Special thanks to the seniors, Jayson and Paolo, for being professional and kind. The student interns, Jelyn and Tine, were hardworking, friendly, and clearly knew their jobs. Thank you for the great service. I'd highly recommend this place!

The housekeeping team helped make our visit especially good. Rica and Ryanel were warm and welcoming, and paid great attention to cleanliness and detail. My partner and I were first-time guests at the Kingsford Hotel, and the room stayed spotless throughout our visit. The hotel felt comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained from the moment we arrived. We'd recommend it and will definitely return.

Joy and feds, and Frost by the pool. The location was convenient, with nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping easy to get to. Breakfast had a good range of fresh, tasty food. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and happy to help. The whole place felt relaxing and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay, would recommend it to family and friends, and look forward to coming back.
