I booked one night through Agoda, and the money came off my debit card. I also received an email confirmation. Then, an hour later, the hotel sent me the attached message. I’ve never seen anything like this, especially since the price wasn’t remarkable, just a 40% discount off the original, and plenty of Agoda hotels have better deals. The hotel said it was canceling because the tariff was too low, which is simply a joke and very disrespectful. I’d already put the hotel’s name on my e-Travel application, and now I don’t know what to do. I’m leaving this negative comment to warn other potential customers about such unprofessional, unfriendly service.

Good value, clean, and nice. Check for promotions. Ian at security, Flor at reception, and Mon in housekeeping and room service were welcoming, friendly, and professional. You have to ask for utensils, toiletries, and similar things, which is a pain, but they brought them right away. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

It’s new, but the place doesn’t have much charm. The furniture feels cheap and the air conditioner is noisy. You get what you pay for. The staff are friendly, though they seem to lack hospitality training.

The room is spacious and the place is nice. The security guard seemed a bit lazy about helping clients leave the parking area. To avoid the hassle, park your car facing the road.
