The room was grimy and upsetting as soon as I walked in. There were cockroaches all over, the door was broken, and the whole place was extremely dirty. We arrived late to check in, but nobody from the office or reception was there to help; only the security guards were available. I didn't expect this kind of service, and what I paid wasn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

I tried booking for three weeks. The system recognizes that I'm in the UK and sets the payment currency to £, but then gives me a booking priced in Indonesian rupiah. Someone needs to get this sorted out. 😡

The good things were the WiFi, which worked well for Manila, plus bottled water and AC. The rest of the room was a bad experience. There were no bedsheets, the pillows shocked me, and I saw mold around the room that could be dangerous to health. I've traveled around Asia and stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was the worst. I don't recommend renting a room here.

We were glad at first that someone helped with our suitcases, though they left quickly and we didn't get a chance to talk or ask questions. That wasn't the main problem. The bathroom was dirty, and the sink drain had a lot of gross stuff stuck in it. I felt so disgusted that I hesitated to shower in case I got even dirtier. The cheap-feeling sheets, pillows and blankets, dust everywhere and missing light bulbs made the whole room feel uncomfortable and unclean. The trash can was by the kitchen, with none in the bathroom. And there were cockroaches everywhere. We didn't get what we paid for. Worst place ever, it doesn't even deserve one star.
