The room was dusty and dirty, and the charges felt dishonest. They put the base price on the receipt but then add a lot of hidden fees. Staff are often missing from the lobby, so you end up waiting a long time. I wouldn't recommend it 😢

We picked this place because it was very close to my brother's home. The community is quiet and it's somewhat near Sucat. It's good value for the money: there may be some amenities we usually expect that aren't here, but the room was clean and the staff helpful.

The room itself was really nice, clean, and spacious, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and AC. But the service was not great. After giving us a lot of excuses, they charged an extra 500 pesos to use the pool, even though I was told it was included when I booked. It's also hard to find. Even locals didn't know the place, and there aren't stores nearby apart from a few sari-sari shops tucked along the streets.

My room listing said Wi-Fi was free, but there was no Wi-Fi in the room, and the pool costs extra to use. The room was unclean, and the property seemed short-staffed, which made the customer service poor. It's not close to School of Tomorrow, where we had a full week of activities. Keep a record of your conversation and email when booking here. I was glad I had photos as proof, and Agoda refunded me for the unused accommodation. I hope the property improves its service.

Getting to this part of Paranaque is a challenge, even though the buildings themselves are great. The property is a little affluent spot surrounded by a less affluent neighborhood. The room isn't luxurious, but with the low price you get what you pay for. The pool is clean and seems well looked after, though being on the ground floor makes it less appealing for visitors to use.
