Island Girl Bed & Breakfast

Island Girl is a clean, peaceful place to stay in Moalboal, with a perfect location and really helpful, friendly people. The breakfast was very good too. Snorkeling, diving, and kayaking centers are nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Moalboal. Love from India ❤️

Our stay was great, and getting around was easy. It's close to everything, from the food court to Panagsama beach and other places. I surprised my best friend with the trip, and check-in was smooth and easy. If you arrive late, you can check yourself in, which makes things even easier. It's very Filipino style, and the free Filipino breakfast was something we loved. Definitely recommend this place. See you soon Moalboal 💋

⚠️ We came back from a day at the beach and found 1000 pesos missing from our purse in the room. We keep track of our expenses, so we knew the money had been stolen. The AC had been turned off while we were out, so we knew a worker had been in the room. When I confronted the staff member, she denied taking it. Unfortunately, there are no cameras. Everything else would have been good: the location was good and breakfast was delicious and included. But the money being taken spoiled it.

The stay was great value, especially with breakfast included at such a low price. I was there with a colleague. Our first room had steep bunk-bed ladders and wasn't comfortable, so we asked to move and the receptionist arranged it. We were surprised to find a man assigned to the new room, since we had hoped to stay with women. He didn't spend time in the room during our stay, perhaps because he could tell we weren't comfortable. Still, we'd booked a dorm, so that was our preference rather than the host's fault.
