Solaire Resort Entertainment City

The bay view was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Waking up to it every morning was special, and the hotel was also in a handy spot for concerts at SMDC Grounds or just a staycation, with everything close by. There was plenty of parking, so coming and going was easy. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout. I’ve stayed at several hotels in Solaire’s tier, and its hospitality is among the best I’ve experienced. The modern facilities were in great shape, and the comfort, service, and amenities felt like good value. I’d gladly return for a leisure or event stay.

The casino can be a lot to take in, especially if it’s your first visit, and the property is busy. Even so, I had a great stay. Solaire Resort Entertainment City feels luxurious, with an impressive design and a lively, upscale atmosphere. The facilities are well cared for, and the staff are generally professional and accommodating. There’s a lot nearby, and having entertainment and a chance to relax in one place made it a comfortable stay. I’d recommend it for a luxurious visit.

We booked because we were seeing Les Misérables at the Solaire Theater, and staying at Solaire made the evening easy. It was a relaxed seven-minute walk from the hotel elevator to the theater lobby, with no traffic or parking hassle. The room upgrade was a nice surprise, and check-in was quick and painless. I later found out Bay Tower suits casino guests, while Sky Tower is a good fit for a show at the theater. The pool is in Sky Tower too. There’s a heated jacuzzi and a cabana to rent for Php 10,000/3 hours, which seems ideal if you have kids. The little touches made the stay feel pampering. After dinner, or our spontaneous side trip to Sky Ranch MOA, we’d come back to dimmed lights, slippers set by the bed, and a small nightcap on the sheets. The nightly turndown service was thoughtful, and it made returning to the room feel like a chance to relax. My one issue was that my laptop wouldn’t connect to the free Wi-Fi. I had mobile Wi-Fi as a backup, so it was annoying rather than a disaster.

The room was kept spotless and neatly arranged every day, and the housekeeping team politely checked whether we wanted it cleaned. Jimmy from Housekeeping was especially attentive and made sure everything was in good order. We appreciated his positive attitude and care throughout our four-day stay. Charlie at reception also made a lovely first impression. Check-in was smooth, and Charlie was welcoming and accommodating. The whole team was friendly, professional, and quick to help, with a clear eye for detail. That level of hospitality made the stay memorable and comfortable. Thanks to Charlie, Jimmy, and everyone at Solaire Entertainment City. We’d be happy to stay again.
