Sunrise Dormitel really delivers a comfortable stay, and I’d give it a 10/10. The management and staff followed through on their promise of good service and reminded us to be considerate and respectful of the other students staying in the dormitory. They were also kind and flexible, waiving some charges for our group. Their hospitality made the stay meaningful, convenient, and stress-free.

The room setup and the way we were treated made for a really bad stay. The blankets and pillows were so thin that we couldn't sleep comfortably, and the kitchen area had no cookware or utensils, so it was useless. At check-in they only photographed our valid IDs and didn't explain any of the rules. We were also hit with several fees that no one had mentioned beforehand. When we arrived at Sunrise, nobody at reception greeted us or offered help with our luggage, even though we had a lot. Staff or management came across as rude and unprofessional, and wouldn't acknowledge mistakes or apologize. We can't recommend it.

During my OJT, I found the Dormitel clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff were kind, easy to approach, and helpful throughout, which made my stay even more comfortable. I'd recommend it to students and interns looking for an affordable place.

We got a good few hours of rest before heading to the airport, which was easy to reach from this accessible location near NAIA. The room was neat and the air conditioner worked well. We booked 12 hours for 999, with a 30 peso cash out fee for GCash payment.
