The spa room wasn't as relaxing as other spas I've been to, though the location is accessible. The massage was a 4/5, shoutout to Shira for doing a great job. I'm not sure if I have her name spelled right.

We went as a couple on March 17, 2026, for a massage starting at 10:00 PM, expecting to relax, but left frustrated and disappointed. During the massage, our masseur, described as a lady boy, kept using his mobile phone. It wasn't on silent, and notifications from Messenger and other apps kept beeping and disturbing us. That felt unprofessional and distracting, and completely got in the way of unwinding. For what we paid, the service wasn't worth it. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects badly on the spa. Management should act promptly, set a strict no-phone rule during sessions, require phones to be silenced, and train staff on professional conduct so this doesn't happen to other customers. We hope the spa addresses this and maintains the quality it should provide. Sincerely, Irish and Jojo, couple wearing grey and black Jacket.
