Nichols Airport Hotel

I'm back again because I like this hotel. The staff are very supportive, the rooms are clean, and the rooftop bar has an amazing view over manila. The surrounding area isn't very nice, but the hotel itself feels up to international standards. We loved staying here, so don't let the area put you off.

The staff were amazing. I left my Mac book at the hotel before checking out and heading to the airport, then noticed it two hours before my flight. Someone from nichols hotel rushed to the airport to bring it back to me. It was a wonderful stay with wonderful people, and the hotel is a steal for the price with everything you could need.

Great location and awesome amenities made this an impressive hotel. The airport transfer is a bit dear, but you can use it for peace of mind. Grab is another option.

The location is good and the restaurant is good too, though expensive. But they rented me a room beside very loud construction, which made it hard to use. I called staff at 3 pm and asked when it would finish, and they said it was finished. It started again five minutes later. They then said they'd move me, so I packed everything up, only for them to call when I was done and say the construction was over. I ended up lying on the bed in my boots, fully dressed. Renting that room like this felt disrespectful and dishonest. Why?
