There was loud karaoke right next door all night, and the room was extremely noisy. The location wasn't good either. Inside, the room smelled bad as soon as we walked in, and things looked old, poorly maintained, and disgusting, nothing like the online photos. The shower had no hot water at all. They charged us 500 pesos for a small bedsheet stain, and we felt forced to pay while the situation was handled aggressively. Staff were unhelpful and unwilling to understand us; communication was awful, and the front desk clerk was visibly angry and rude. The place felt uncomfortable, badly managed, and overpriced. I strongly advise people not to book here. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The rooms are spacious and the rates are fair, and there's even a pool. Getting there involves a bit of dirt road, but the location in Don Galo is good. Worth it every time.

I came from lucena city. I won't be coming back. There was no tissue or soap in the toilet, so I had to ask for them. Then they charged me a 500-peso fine over what they called a stain on my towel. It was actually washable colored hair concealer from my used towel, and it comes off even with hand washing. I offered to wash it and show that it would come off right away when wet, but they insisted I pay. I had an appointment and stopped arguing. 500 pesos is way too much for hair concealer on a towel, especially when the towel already looks dark. I hope you'll show guests some consideration.

It's a place to take a bath and nap for a short time before your connecting flight. The pillows smell, and the owner needs to take that seriously.
