Alps Condotel at 150 NAIA T3

A comfortable, spacious room and really nice service. Just right between flights.

My mom, sister, and I woke up in the middle of the night to cockroaches, grabbed our luggage, and left around 3 a.m. for another hotel. They were crawling on my shoes and under the bed, and we found them in the closet and shower too. The rooms smelled like someone had been smoking or vaping, which felt like a health hazard. They don't seem to check or clean the rooms often, and staff even acknowledged that there were cockroaches. I forgot to take photos, but this was disgusting. It didn't feel like a hotel, since actual people live in these apartments. Think twice before booking. I guess this condo is getting its first review from me.

The location was convenient, with a great view and everything nearby, and the receptionists were great. But the condotel room was nearly horrid for the price. It was very dirty, looked like it had never been cleaned, and had rats and roaches. There was no room service, so the sheets weren't changed even once. There were barely any utensils or other goods. At least the air conditioning worked.
