Residencia San Vicente

It's near the airport, and getting transport to MOA is easy.

The staff were so helpful, even going out of their way to assist us, and the owner is a good man. We made friends here and had such a good time that I miss the place and will keep coming back. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hot water worked properly. We even celebrated New Year here, which was amazing. Keep up the good work!

Getting there is tricky, with narrow streets and a route that isn't very accessible. Still, the place itself is nice, clean, and decent. The room is spacious and has all the amenities, though the headboard squeaks whenever you move. There were lots of mosquitoes, even during the day.

It's affordable and feels homey, with clean facilities, fast Wi-Fi, hot and cold water, and a cool air conditioner. The location is the drawback: it's a little far, hard to find, and tucked into a residential area with narrow roads. The Grab driver said the area was known for petty crime, but I can't say whether that was true.
