The living room had a lovely view over Roxas Blvd, with SM MOA and a glimpse of the airport in the distance. We stayed at Casa Florencia Condo in SMDC Coast Residence for a 3-day, 2-night weekend and would happily return. It felt relaxing and safe. The unit was tidy and well maintained, with fresh bedding and a comfortable bed. The water pressure was great, and the heater worked. We were met on time by She2’s niece Jyra. Booking was easy, and owner She2 was professional and pleasant to deal with.

The unit has a great view, and the elevators are quick and spacious. There’s a mini-mart just outside, and the guards make SMDC feel secure. Sound from the living room carries noticeably to the balcony, and sometimes the kitchen sink smells unpleasant. Still, it’s a decent option for the location.

With its Roxas Boulevard location, SMDC Coast Residences offers convenient access to major spots like the Mall of Asia and CCP Complexes. The condos have a modern feel, and the Manila Bay views are beautiful, especially at sunset. A good fit if you want city convenience alongside the scenery.

The only nice thing was the view from up high. I was in room 4114, aka Cozy Easy Escape, and the stay and service were awful. Check-in took an hour even though I arrived for my appointment time. The heater didn’t work for the first two days, and even after it started working the water stayed cold. The pool costs extra, and when I asked for permission I still wasn’t allowed in. The apartment was very dirty, with hair and insects everywhere. There were no toiletries or basic amenities, not even toilet paper, and no AC in the room. I was told the water was drinkable, but I got diarrhea after drinking it. Communication was poor, and they ignored all my problems. Worst experience ever.
