We got a very affordable unit for six people, and there was enough room for all of us. The rental was pretty standard, with decor that depends on the owner’s taste, but it did the job for a cheap group stay. Outside, it was easy to find taxis, convenience stores, and fast-food places. We came in February 2023 for a night, mainly because the airport is so close. Runway Manila made getting to and from NAIA especially easy. We were actually in Quezon City for a concert at the Araneta Coliseum, so that airport connection was a big plus. The lobby, though, felt bare and neglected, almost like nobody was living in the building. There was very little information, and only one person at the concierge, which made the common areas seem understaffed or short on management. If you need an affordable, spacious place with easy NAIA access and don’t expect much from the lobby or management, it’s good value.

A 10/10 spot if you’re flying into or out of Terminal 3, since you can walk there. Loved this place.

The location is handy for Terminal 3, and the corner unit was very big for three people. We were able to stay one extra night because of Tropical storm Opang.

Keep walking and avoid this place. The staff were unfriendly and inefficient, and they gave us the wrong key. They seemed incompetent.
