I felt comfortable here, like I could unwind and reflect by the pool. It’s a cozy, pleasant place, conveniently close to bus stations and the MRT, as well as the airport, MOA, and other key spots. Services and room options vary with the rates, and breakfast is included.

The rooms are small, but perfectly okay, and the linens smelled fresh and looked neat. Staff were pleasant and polite. It has the feel of an ancestral house hotel where you can feel far from the city, even though the airport is only a short jeepney ride away.

I had the worst hotel experience of my life. The receptionist turned me away and pressured me to cancel my booking there because they were overbooked, with no alternative offered. The area felt sketchy and isolated. A staff member from airport hostel helped sort out the situation. To the woman at reception, shame on you. Future travelers, take this as a warning and book at your own risk.

I asked for a pillowcase because the room had none, and the pillow was disgusting. The woman I spoke with stayed on her phone and didn’t even look at me. She said they’d forgotten to put a pillowcase on the pillow, but after I went back and waited, none came. Four hours later they brought one pillowcase, then the staff member rudely told us we’d have to wait two more hours for the other one. Her tone was awful. Their service is terrible, and the staff were disrespectful and got angry just because I asked for another pillowcase. I’m not coming back. Worst hotel ever. Mga walang modo ang staff.
