Maine City Residences Leveriza

The house looks great, which makes the missing basics such a pity. There was no shampoo, shower gel, or hair dryer, and the TV didn't work at all, just sitting there like decoration. Please do better.

The location was handy for my trip home to Batangas, but Leveriza is one-way and when the barangay closed it for a summer activity, my Grab had to take a longer route. I had to walk a block with a heavy bag. I also didn't get the room I asked for because the previous guest extended. The room I got was warm, and the AC wasn't cool enough and was very noisy. I had to ask for an electric fan, even though I'd paid for an aircon room. The staff were helpful and found one. A mixed-feeling stay.

My fan room was decent for one night. It had a private restroom, single bed, table with a bible, TV with a GMA blackbox, sink, and small kitchen cabinets. There were no other appliances, which was fine. The blankets and towels smelled nice from the fabcon, and the shower, bidet, and faucets all worked. I noticed a rusty toilet doorknob and the shower water drained slowly, but neither was a big worry. No pests bothered me, and the place shows up on the map and can be pinned in Joyride. There were plenty of hallway water dispensers for hot or cold water.

For 1,260php for a deluxe room for two, this wasn't worth it. There were no toiletries or tissue, and the CR smelled awful, as did the whole room. The door didn't feel secure, and the aircon was noisy. I don't recommend the place anymore.
