Our stay at Hilton Manila was smooth from the start. The airport transport to and from Ninoy Aquino International Airport was punctual, convenient, and stress-free after a long flight. Ziah at the Front Desk gave us a warm welcome and handled check-in quickly and professionally. She made us feel valued, and her friendly manner and attention to detail stood out. Renzo also made our time at the bar more enjoyable with his engaging personality and customer service. The hospitality, service, and attention to detail reflect the Hilton brand. I’d highly recommend Hilton Manila for comfort, convenience, and customer service in Newport, and we’ll stay here again.

The lounge was a highlight, with a lovely atmosphere and staff who were friendly, attentive, and always smiling. It felt like a place to unwind and enjoy good service. Breakfast was another strong point: plenty of choices, fresh and delicious food, good organization, and impressive service. My room at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts was spotless and comfortable, with housekeeping taking care of every detail. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the welcome felt genuinely warm. From arrival onward, everything was smooth and professional. I loved the stay. The hotel delivered comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, and I’ll definitely return. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The Executive Lounge on the 5th floor deserves special mention. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, and every interaction felt personal. Celo stood out for his professionalism, charm, and consistency. He’s an asset to Hilton and deserves Employee of the Year recognition. My wife and I had an incredible stay at Hilton Newport World Resorts Manila. The property felt elegant, welcoming, and very well managed. The rooms, amenities, security, dining options, and atmosphere were all outstanding, everything you’d expect from a luxury international Hilton. Managers Jessica Chua and Joel Esquerra also deserve thanks. Their leadership, empathy, and focus on guest satisfaction made us feel valued, and they turned a moment into a memorable recovery experience. The team has made this one of our favorite Hilton properties in the world. We’ll absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manila.
