The hotel manager was professional and hands-on, and you can see the good management in the staff’s excellent service. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were accommodating, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The location is convenient, and the stay was pleasant for the price. Thanks for making it easy and comfortable. We’ll stay again.

The food was outstanding, and friendly staff were on hand for anything we needed. Security was doing its job, too. Having a private garage under the room was really cool, and the garage door closed for privacy. We first chose a balcony room for one night, even though we had a nicer room for two nights, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. If I stay in Manila again, this will be my first choice. Five stars, two thumbs up. Enjoy your travels and happy trails!

I stay at Sogo almost every week for work, usually one to three days a week, to rest after work. The room is quiet and fine, but the cleanliness is inconsistent. A few times when we stayed in the garage, there was a small cockroach. Some lobby staff aren’t nice and seem unprofessional. I’ve complained, but management hasn’t taken action.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was amazing. They provided everything I needed. The location is great, and you can see the ocean from the window. Thanks for the good service!
