Hotel Ava Cuneta

I can't recommend Hotel Ava Cuneta after this stay. The room didn't match what I had booked, there was no drinking water, and basic items like cups, shampoo, and conditioner were missing. I appreciate Alvin Pilar and the Hotel Ava Cuneta Team taking the time to respond, but I respectfully disagree about the water. I support reducing plastic, but guests should have drinking water ready in the room when they arrive, without needing to ask. I also appreciate the explanation about the shampoo and conditioner dispenser, though it should be obvious and easy to use without searching or asking. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience. A hospitable stay should anticipate basic needs.

We had a lot of fun singing karaoke in our suite. It'd be even better with a second microphone, and with the visible handprints from previous guests cleaned off. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food was better than we expected. The hotel is clearly geared toward couples, and we really enjoyed staying here.

The themed suites are great, and our own garage space was a nice feature. A friendly white cat called 'Snow' wanders around outside, too. The staff were incredibly accommodating: they helped fix an online booking for the wrong date, held a package that arrived for me, and kept a courier item I needed to send after checkout. Thanks for the experience, I'd highly recommend staying here.

The location worked really well for me, close to the Mall of Asia and the airport. My room was spacious and extremely clean, though the property itself is a little older and I didn't like how firm the mattress was. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the security staff took particular care to keep me safe while I hired a car. Great stay.
